The authors in the paper have analyzed the difficult points in observing 55 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide (AOPP) treated with atropine, pointing out that the dosages of atropine varied with the degrees of toxicosis and individual endurance to atropine and that knowing the indications of less dosages, atropinization and atropism in order to produce dynamic information for correct atropine dosages was key in the successful rescue.
