Research Status of Compounding Technology for Cu/Steel Bimetal

The current domestic and foreign principal production routes of copper/steel bimetal composite materials and the corresponding principles and characteristics are introduced.On this basis,the metallurgical bonding behavior of copper/steel bimetal composite interface and the preparation technology of copper/steel bimetal composite materials are analyzed.In addition,the application of copper/steel composite materials is introduced in various aspects,and the future development trends of the mentioned preparation processes finally are summarized.
