Study on Combinative Production of Power Generation with Dry Ice and CO_2 Collection & Storage Sealed Technology

Comparison andresearch was made for process technology of zero CO2 discharged from power plant of coal gasification taking the mode of low carbon and strengthening low carbon in China;author has introduced the process technology about zero CO2 discharge in power generation from pulverized dry coal gasification with making hydrogen by water electrolysis with by-product of dry ice and also introduced the process technology about CO2 collecting burying in process of power generation of integrated gas combination circulation(IGCC);author has presented relative proposal for sustained development in China from view of safety of energy and environment,and has indicated that the process technology of zero CO2 discharge in coal gasification with by-product of dry ice is a effective way to reach zero CO2 discharge and to realize clear power generation of coal.
