Refinement of extract of polygonum multiflorum by microfiltration

Objective To evaluate the effect of microfiltration on the extract of polygonum multiflorum by inorganic ceramic membrane.Methods The extract of polygonum multiflorum was processed by inorganic ceramic membrane.The character,whole solid,content of stilbene glycoside and the flux of membrane were examined.Results The extract of polygonum multiflorum became clear after microfiltration.The decreasing rate of the whole solid was 67.9%,and the content of stilbene glycoside was 2.04 times that of the extract of polygonum multiflorum.The decay of flux of membrane had a certain regularity.Conclusion The microfiltration of inorganic ceramic membrane has good effect on the extract of polygonum multiflorum.
