Objective:To investigate two methods of arranging lithotomy position on the laparoscopic surgical procedures.Methods:122 inpatients of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to July in 2011,randomly divided into two groups according to hospital number,odd and even numbers,61 patients of experimental group: arranging modified lithotomy.61 cases of the control group: arranging e traditional lithotomy.Comparative analysis of two groups of surgical position on the impact of laparoscopic surgery operation.Results:Contrasts different posture in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery time and blood loss significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).All posture realignment occurred in the experimental group,61 in the case and control groups had relocated in 19 cases of need operation posture,impacted the surgical operation of doctors,surgery time was extended,and 2 cases of patients due to adjusting the position again in muscle injury.Conclusion:The modified lithotomy position had no affecting on surgeon′s skill during operation,also can shorten the operative time,less blood loss,increased surgical safety,and the modified lithotomy position for all gynecological surgery.
