Influence of Different Deposited Time on Sugarcane Sucrose and Reducing Sugar Content

The sugarcane varieties Yunrui99-113,Yunrui99-601,Yunrui99-115,and the control variety ROC10 were used as experimental materials to test,the effect of different deposited time on sucrose and reducing sugar content.The results showed as follows: with increasing deposited time,the sucrose content of four sugarcane varieties reduced but reducing sugar content increased.There were differences in the sucrose and reducing sugar content of four sugarcane varieties during depositing.The rates of sucrose transformation among three Yunrui varieties were lower than that of ROC10,and the 3 sugarcane varieties were able to bear stack.
