Analysis of Effect of Anticoagulant Drugs in Preventing Peri Operation Period of Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective Discussion of anticoagulant drugs on perioperative closed fractures of lower limb deep vein thrombosis( DVT) prophylaxis. Methods In January 2012 ~ December 2013 were treated 85 cases of lower limb closed fractures during the perioperative prophylaxis on deep vein thrombosis. Results Early anticoagulant for the prevention of venous thrombosis had a clear preventive effect. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can effectively reduce venous thrombosis,reduced pulmonary embolism,thrombotic syndrome after bleeding occurred.
