Objective: To search for bioactive constituents from marine organisms including Bugula neritina L., Phakellia fusa Thiele and Suberites tylobusa Levi. Methods: Using bioassay guidance,the bioactive compounds were isolated by multi chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were obtained and identified from Bugula neritina L., all showing a significant anticancer activity; Ten compounds were obtained from Phakellia fusa Thiele,among them 6 compounds were identified. Compound Ⅳ and Ⅴ showed an anti inflammatory activity and were effective on artificially induced rat arthritis model; Thirty compounds were obtained from Suberites tylobusa Levi and 14 compounds were identified,compound Ⅱshowed an antitumor activity. Conclusion: Several compounds are isolated from Bugula neritina L., Phakellia fusa Thiele and Suberites tylobusa Levi with various biological activities,this researches is of prospective values in the development of new drugs and utilization of marine organism resources.
