Study on the Effect of Luo rocuronium pretreatment on the pediatric muscle relaxant

OBJECTIVE To discuss and analyze the effect of Luo rocuronium pretreatment on pediatric muscle relaxant.METHODS From October 2009 to October 2010,90 cases received general anesthesia operation were selected in our hospital,which were divided into two groups:control group received intravenous saline 0.5ml during before the induction of anesthesia,the observation group received 0.06mg/kg rocuronium intravenous injection.We compared the onset time and muscle relaxation time of the two groups.RESULTS The ThD75,ThD90,ThDmax time showed significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).Two groups of T125% recovery time,recovery time,T150% T175% recovery time and recovery index were compared(P﹥0.05),no significant difference was found.CONCLUSION The rocuronium pretreatment can shorten the onset time of muscle relaxation,but the Luo rocuronium muscle has no significant effect on the relaxation.
