摘要
An introductory overview of the basic principles of CW-EPR spectroscopy is presented. The major components of a CW-EPR spectrometer are described with emphasis on distinguishing features of the method such as the use of a microwave resonator and field-modulation detection. A brief description of CW-EPR of paramagnetic species in solution and the influence of motion is given and illustrated with a number of examples of spectra in different motional regimes. The spectra of solids including high-spin systems are also discussed.
