Switchable half-metallicity in anti-ferromagnetic bilayer NbS 2

Density functional calculations demonstrate that switchable interlayer sliding ferroelectricity with opposite ferroelectric polarization directions can be produced in antiferromagnetic bilayer NbS 2 , which further leads to switchable half-metallicity.
