Ba4Ag5(IO3)6(I3O8)3(I4O11)2: a nonlinear optical crystal containing two types of polyiodate anions

Herein, a novel metal polyiodate, namely, Ba 4 Ag 5 (IO 3 ) 6 (I 3 O 8 ) 3 (I 4 O 11 ) 2 , has been prepared by using H 3 PO 4 (≥85 wt% in H 2 O) as the reaction medium.
