Synthesis and luminescent properties of Eu3+ organic complex PVA encapsulation film

A complex with Eu[Formula: see text] as the luminescent center, 2-thiophenecarbonyl trifluoroacetone (TTA) as the first ligand and o-phenanthroline (Phen) as the co-ligand was designed and synthesized. The complex was then dispersed into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to form the Eu[Formula: see text]Tb[Formula: see text](TTA) 3 phen/PVA composite. The structure and reaction processes of the composites were analyzed by FE-SEM and XRD, and the optical properties of Eu[Formula: see text]Tb[Formula: see text](TTA) 3 phen complexes with different contents were analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy.
