摘要
This paper discusses more on the smart way of collecting the waste from people and segregation and decomposition methods using IoT interface techniques. This IoT interface consists of a development board from Arduino and interfaced with many sensors like IR, motion, and ultrasonic sensors. It is also having an option to interface alarm and display like 7-segment LED and LCD. When the people walk near to the dust bin for throwing the waste materials, the dust bin automatically opens the door and closes in a time interval set by the designer. Also these dust bins are smart to communicate to the central administrator for the status of the bins like empty or full. Once the full signal is reached to the central administrator, they can easily replace those dust bins. The dust bins brought to the central location can go further classification based on waste segregation automatically, which ensures efficient operation in waste management.
