Recurrence was diagnosed in 8,6% of cases from 185 patients with active urogenital tuberculosis. The diagnosis of nephrotuberculosis recurrence in 6,2% of cases was based on results of histological research and in 93,8% of cases — on results of bacteriological research. Bacterioegestion at recurrence of urogenital tuberculosis takes place more often on 41,05%, than at primary process. Medicinal stiffness meets more often on 56,4 % at urogenital tuberculosis recurrence, than at initially revealed urogenital tuberculosis. Economic costs to medical actions at recurrence considerably exceed those one at primary urogenital tuberculosis. This work was referred to raising the question of recurrence of urogenital tuberculosis and studying of its features for the purpose of improvement of delivery of health care to this category of patients.
