摘要
Red-emitting Ca0.3Sr0.7-1.5y-1.5zMo1-xWxO4:EuyLuz (x = 0 ∼ 1, y, z = 0 ∼ 0.14) phosphors were synthesized by a sol-gel method. The effects of calcination temperature, Lu3+ and Eu3+ concentrations, and W/Mo ratio on the luminescent properties were studied in detail. The phosphors were characterized by XRD, SEM, and XPS. The luminescent properties were measured by fluorescence spectra. Experiments showed that the Lu3+ and Eu3+ co-doped phosphors had strong red emission at 619 nm. At x = 0.2, y = 0.1 and z = 0.1, the phosphors calcined at 900 °C showed a maximum emission intensities. Temperature dependent emission intensities of the phosphors showed that the luminescent intensities of the as-prepared phosphors were thermal stable. The decay results showed the energy transfer efficiency from MoO42- to Eu3+ increased from 0 to 0.2 with the increase of the Mo6+ concentration.
