The Research of the Chemical Reaction Process of Phosphate Rock Decomposition with Phosphoric Acid

In order to increase the concentration of wet process phosphoric acid made from middle and low level phosphate rock,it makes decomposition reaction with cleaner phosphoric acid [ ω (P 2O 5)≈20%] and the phosphate rock from Shangsuan,Yunnan in the experiment.Under the experiment conditions,it researches the solid membrane formation feature of the decomposition product ,i.e.Ca(H 2PO 4) 2,on the surface of the phosphate rock particle as well as the influence of the phosphate rock particle,reaction time,reaction temperature and the primary concentration of the phosphoric acid on the decomposition rate of the phosphate rock.It observes the solid membrane features formed on the surface of the phosphate rock particle with electronic scan microscope and uses the contracted core mode of non variable particle size to describe the phosphate rock decomposition process with phosphoric acid.It obtains the empirical model of the phosphate rock decomposition process with phosphoric acid from the experiment data.
