Research progress of glycosylation on protein stability

Protein glycosylation is widespread in eukaryotic cells,and play an important role in determining a variety of biological functions of proteins and can protect proteins from degradation.Glycosylation of proteins,including N-glycosylation and O-glycosylation,the paper briefly describes the process of glycosylation in vivo,combined with the literature in recent years on the glycosylationof protein stability were reviewed.
