With the engine and continuous improvement in the performance,speed and compression ratio also increased,the piston ring working conditions are even worse.Therefore,the piston ring asks for a higher wear resistance and good comprehensive mechanical properties.By 465Q-1ANE1 engine piston ring material as well as the detection of the chemical composition of the wear test 400h,drew the following conclusions: in the piston ring material,add a certain amount of other alloying elements such as Cr,Mn,Mo and V,and so on,and Appropriate treatment can increase the piston ring wear resistance,strength and fatigue resistance.
