The NiFe2O4ceramic was prepared by powder metallurgy solid state sintering method,and the effects of sintering temperature and holding time on purity and relative density of the ceramic were studied.The results show that the purity of NiFe2O4increased with the increase of sintering temperature and holding time. NiFe2O4ceramic with higher purity was obtained after sintering at 1 000℃for 2h.Increasing sintering temperature and prolonging holding time were favorable for densifying of NiFe2O4 ceramic.A better sintering process of NiFe2O4ceramic were 1 200℃×2h.
