Experimental Research on Rats of Renal Steodystrophy with Chinese Herbs Decoction

Objective: To observe animal models of renal steodystrophy and the curative effect of Chinese herbs decoction against renal steodystrophy. Methods: duplicating rat models of chronic renal failure, observing the time of its bone metabolizing disorder taking place and the curative effect of Chinese herbs decoction against renal steodystrophy. Results: rats of chronic renal failure had metabolizing disorder of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) at the 8th week, and the Chinese herbs decoction could retard the occurring and developing of steodystrophy.. Conclusion: Chinese herbs decoction provides prevention and cure against renal steodystrophy.
