Microwave promoted rapid synthesis of 2-acylhydrazino-5-substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles

A concise and rapid synthetic route to 2-acylhydrazino-5-substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles by the cyclization of 1,5-diacylthiocarbohydrazides under microwave irradiation is described.This method has advantages of rapid reaction rate,high yield and simple procedure.
