Application and adding amounts calculating of lactoferrin and lysozyme in infant milk formula

Based on study of content and components in infant formula milk powder, adding lactoferrin and lysozyme as funtional proteins were put forward. The adding amounts of lactoferrin and lysozyme were exactly calculated and compared with the same products from overseas. Finally the key points during adding process were analysed.
