Effect of intercropping on the incidence of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (L.) on cabbage

In 2-year field study the effect of different intercroppings against diamondback moth Plutella xylostella (L.) on cabbage was: lucerne > garlic > tomato > marigold > mustard. Lucerne proved the most effective intercrop against diamondback moth, P. xylostella.
