Extract We read with great interest the study conducted by Aucoin et al. [1], and commend the authors for their important contribution. Their study is the first randomised controlled trial to integrate fan therapy directed to the face (F2F) within a supervised exercise training programme. This work addresses a relevant and timely question, as fan therapy is a simple, inexpensive, safe and widely accessible way to modulate sensory afferent input.
