Surrogate signatures of these landscapes are prognostic in independent BCBM and primary breast cancer cohorts, are associated with fewer metastases, and predict immunotherapy response. Our work provides critical insights into anti-tumor immunity in BCBM and identifies novel biomarkers with translational relevance.
