Loss Optimization of The High Frequency Solid State Transformer

In this paper, in high frequency operation of the solid state Transformer made by the ferrite cores yields the hysteresis, eddy current loss, copper loss and leakage power loss as structure of clarity of loss modeling and simulation. Classical optimization method is proposed for optimal solution of the power transfer. Core loss is independent of load current but it depends on the magnetic property how to optimize both parameters as optimal solution of the high switching frequency solid- state Transformer materials in a paper
