Enhanced electrochemical CO2reduction performance of cobalt phthalocyanine with precise regulation of electronic states

CoPc/R-GQD was synthesized by a simple strategy. Benefiting from the high density of functional groups that can be provided by GQDs and the strong electron-donation property of –NH 2 , the examined CoPc/NH 2 -GQDs achieved a 100% FE CO .
