Vocal-Cord Polyp Causing Airway Obstruction

A man presented with a 2-week history of progressive, intermittent dyspnea and a 2-year history of hoarseness. Expiratory wheezes were heard over the neck, and partial upper-airway obstruction was seen on imaging (shown in a video).
