摘要
Design of auto juice dispensing system is a challenging task because of its sensors requirement and flow control. The problem with the existing juice dispenser system is not fully automated and the condition of the juice mixtures is not properly monitored. It leads to severe health issues the people who drunk. In the proposed juice dispenser system, the iQF PLC is used as a controller to control the flow rate. The availability of the juice in each container and its quality is measured and displayed in the GOT2000 GT27 series HMI model. The user is allowed to choose own juice mixture flavor and the quantity required. Auto cleaning system is incorporated with the proposed juice dispenser system and it ensures the periodical cleaning of the container, valve and pumping system. Dedicated high pressure water jet pump is installed in the machine for the periodical cleaning purpose of the auto juice dispenser machine. 12V DC external power source is used for energizing the solenoid valve, water pump and high pressure jet pump. Separate control push buttons are used at the input side for starting, stopping and juice mixture flavor selection purpose.
