To evaluate the in vitro effect of tofacitinib on autophagy activity of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS), and to confirm its activity on inflammatory and invasive properties of FLS and synovial cells, deepening the impact on mitochondrial function.
