Traditional models of financial regulation often need help with issues such as information asymmetry and regulatory inefficiencies. However, the inherent features of decentralization and immutability within blockchain technology present novel opportunities for enhancing regulatory practices. Through a comprehensive examination of blockchain technology's application within financial regulation, this study proposes various technical pathways to achieve regulatory penetrability. Specifically, the paper defines mathematical models for four distinct modes: negotiated regulation, embedded regulation, automated regulation, and dynamic regulation, all implemented using Python. Moreover, this research emphasizes the critical role of establishing appropriate regulatory frameworks to facilitate realizing these goals. Doing so aims to advance the evolution and enhancement of financial regulatory models, ultimately fostering the stable development of financial markets. Additionally, the experimental methodologies and results analysis are integrated into the study, providing empirical insights into the efficacy of the proposed approaches.
