Electric field-induced intramolecular charge transfer of two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks with D–A systems for organic memristors

We obtained better stability (550 cycles) using COFs that are rapidly synthesized at room temperature and pressure. Furthermore, we experimentally confirmed the resistance mechanism as electric field-induced intramolecular charge transfer.
