摘要
For the purpose of optimizing the artificial detrusor driver, the mechanical model and finite element model of the driver are established, analyzed and simulated. Taking the deformation displacement and mass as the optimization objectives, the response surface relationship between the design parameters and the optimization objectives is obtained from the simulation results. The micturition performance was simulated and experimentally studied by establishing an experimental platform. On the premise of ensuring good urination performance, the mass of the optimized SMA driver is reduced by 40% compared with that before optimization. The research of this paper proves that the optimization analysis model and simulation model are effective and practical, which provides a reference for the design of artificial detrusor system suitable for clinical research.
