摘要
In view of problems of errors in the nonlinear measurement of existing electronic scales and temperature change, a new electronic scale measuring system is designed. When the bridge strain gauge deformation occurring, the system will change the analog quantity. Then, the analog quantity is transformed into digital quantity and the data are sent to the MCU. After that the data are further processed by software filtering. Finally, the system realizes the functions of measuring the weight of objects, saving price information, peeling and displaying through LCD. Compared with the traditional electronic scale system, this system has higher measuring accuracy and is less affected by the environmental change.
