The level of proteins are always changeable during the development of malignant tumor. Researches show that can entirely determine the relationship between neoplasms and its different protein levels dynamically and quantitatively, then to find tumor-specific markers, providing valuable information about early diagnosis and prognosis for tumor. Recent isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) technology, one of the major high-throughput quantitation proteomics techniques, can analyze eight samples simultaneously.
