The immunosurveillance and immune escape are related with NKG2D receptor in leukemia patients

NK cells is the in'st line in host immunity for anticancer ,the most vigorous membrane active recep-tor of NK cell is NKG2D. It was discorvered during screening of predominant express genes of human NK cell and has been largely concerned and studied by many researchers ever since . many related studies indicate that NKG2D play an important role in leukemia immunity ,this paper give a review about the character of NKG2D and its' great importance in leukemic immunity.
