To Delegate or Not to Delegate

October 19, 2016—After seeing four patients, I took my new post-doc to lunch. Then I returned to the office, where I had a phone call with a compliance specialist who was helping me to get policies and procedures in place to maintain the integrity of the protected health information in my practice. After that, I met with two sales reps from my payroll company, one of them is on the Human Resources side and one helps companies set up 401k plans. Yes, they arrived together, so it was efficient. I’ll talk more about those meetings later in the chapter.
