The development and prospect of circulating tumour cells detection

Circulating tumor cells(CTCs) exist in peripheral blood of tumor patients.To detect CTCs specifically and sensitively is important to prognosis evaluation and individual therapy for the tumor patients.This review overviews the enriching,screening and identifying technology of CTCs,and particularly represents the application of microfluidic chip technology in this domain.
