摘要
The copper-lead-carbon composite burning rate catalyst was prepared by a reactive precipitation method using copper-lead chelate compound as active component and mesoporous carbon as carrier.The samples were characterized with N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,TG and DSC.The results show that the copper-lead-carbon composite burning rate catalyst emerges in cone-shaped aggregates,aggregates of monomers is the sheet structure.specific surface area is 28 m2/g and pore volume is 0.629 cm3/g.The burning rate of double-base propellant with copper-lead-carbon composite at 20 MPa is 27.59 mm/s,and pressure exponent decreased from 0.96 to 0.48 over the pressure range from 4 MPa to 20 MPa.
