The Effect of Wenoxin Gradule and Mixture on Guinea Pig’s Arrhgthmia Caused by Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Objective:To investigate the pharmacological effect of the granules of motiliting coreis and WenXin XL to arrhythmia induced by myocareial ischemia and myocardial ischemia.Methods:Pituitin induce the model of guiea pig’s acute myocardial ischemia to inrestigate the effect granules and mixture on arrhythmia caused by guinea pig’s acute myocardial ischemia and influence on SI state and T wave in electrocardiogram.Results:Both granules and mixture obviously degeade arrhythmia incidence rate, prolonging the appearance time of arrhymia,shortening the ersistent time of arrhythmina,and have an obvious effect on anti-myocardial ischemia.Conclusion:The granules about motiliting cordial and mixture can efficiently improve arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia,and have an obviously anti-myocardial ischemia effect.
