Research on Preparation Technique of Waste Crumb Rubber and Plastic Composite Modified Asphalt

In this paper the preparation of waste plastic composite modified asphalt-rubber at different rubber contents and waste plastic contents,different mixing temperatures and time was determined with the evaluation system of asphalt-rubber.The preparation technique of waste plastic composite modified asphalt-rubber is: mix-ing with 25% of powder and 0.63% of waste plastic(PP) then adding them into the asphalt,using high-speed shear apparatus to cut for 1 hour in 190 ℃ high temperature with 3000rpm/min speed.
