Design and implementation of ladle management syetem

In order to improve operation efficiency of ladle,ladle operation process was analyzed and management model of ladle operation process was designed with ladle of Steelmaking Plant of Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.as object of study.Ladle number calculation method was introduced,two evaluation indexes of ladle operation were presented,and optimizing module of ladle operation was formed.At last,computer management system of ladle was achieved.Application shows that turnover period and number of ladle were decreased effectively,and turnover rate and continuation degree of ladle were increased.
