Explanation of clinical practice guideline in traditional Chinese medicine of primary osteoporosis based on evidence-based medicine

With the continuous development of aging society in China, the patients with primary osteoporosis are increasing year by year, seriously af ecting the patients' quality of life, which has been the focus and dii culty of the current domestic and international research. Clinical practice guideline in traditional Chinese medicine of primary osteoporosis correspond with evidence-based medicine is based on the clinical literatures analysis and expert consensus, which can recommend with EBM evidence and rel ect Chinese medicine characteristics and ei cacy advantage. In this paper, the methodological features of guidelines and the notes in clinical applications are described. It aims at promoting professional doctors ability of diagnosis and treatment for primary osteoporosis in a specii cation way by mainly using TCM, and guiding patients legitimately use this guideline.
