The Study of Small-displacement Gasoline Engine Electric Supercharger System

The working principle of the electric supercharger is introduced.The electronic control system for the electric supercharger is developed.An electric supercharger system is matched on the 465Q small-displacement gasoline engine for the bench test.Test results show that after the use of electric supercharger the power of gasoline has increased significantly and its fuel economy is improved at the same time.Among them,the maximum torque increased by 15 %,and the lowest fuel consumption rate decreased by 2%.
