Review of the Concepts,Models and Measurements of Team Learning: Perspective of Cognition,Behavior and Cognition-behavior

The emphasis of research on team learning has been shifted from basic problems( e. g. definition and model) to the exploration of its inner mechanisms( e. g. the causal relationships). Yet,there is still not consensus on basic problems. Based on the systematic review of the literature,we learn that there are two aspects of team learning,cognition and behavior. Therefore,we summarize the concepts,models and measurements from the perspective of cognition,behavior and cognition-behavior. Then we give some suggestions on future research on team learning.
