Development of Pinhole Camera

The Structural design, operating principle, accuracy analysis and developingresult of pinhole camera used for the target chamber of Shenguang Ⅱ laser fusion areintroduced. The alignment of the target is carried out by means of optical CCD-TVimaging electric alignment technique used in the pinhole camera. The repetition accuracyin X direction is 5um and in Y direction is 7um.
