Cooperation Relationship of Food Supply Chain to Insure Food Safety

In view of the frequent occurrence of food safety problems,the hazards influencing the food safety were revealed and analyzed.Then the great significance of constructing the cooperation relationship of food supply chain was pointed out,and finally some measures were proposed to construct the cooperation relationships of food supply chain to effectively guarantee food safety.
