Research Progress on CPU Liquid Cooling Instrument and Coolant Materials

Three kinds of liquid cooling systems for computer CPU(commonly used liquid cooling loop system,heat pipe cooling system and liquid injection cooling system) and their coolants(water,liquid metal and nano-fluids) are reviewed.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of the cooling systems and coolants are compared,poin-ting out that heat pipe cooling system and nano-fluids have greater competitive advantage.At last,some ideas on the development prospects of liquid cooling system and coolant are presented.
