The Study of Hypertriglyceridemia and Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the relationship between the hypertriglyceridemia and acute pancreatitis.Methods To review and analyze the 54 cases of patients who suffered the acute pancreatitis and hypertriglyceridemia.Results All cases have hypertriglyceridemia.The triglyceride in the all ANP patients above 5mmol/L except 1 case.Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia is one of the important inducement in th AP.We should treat the hypertriglyceridemia when we cure the AP.
